I've sailed, kayaked, swam, and hiked alone, in addition
to diving. Many of those are quite pleasurable and
extremely relaxing to do by oneself.
Others can add safety, but can also slow you down. So
sometimes I'll be running alone, biking alone, shooting
alone, or whatever else I want to do. Can't slack off
in life just because others do.
