Incident at the oil rigs

I read the other day on the Rodale's NG that there was aproblem at one of the SoCal rigs last week. The post was very incomplete in that it said they had a DM stationed @120' so as not to prevent anyone from going deeper. A 350 lb guy wearing 60lbs of lead apparently got narc'd and the DM retrieved him at 140' and brought him to the surface. From what I understand, he was given 02 and evac'd off.

Anybody know if this is true or does anyone have any details????
