Thanks for adding to our understanding of DCS and the factors that contribute to it. I'm a 68 year old diver, active since certification in 1964. I posted on this Board that on surfacing I remove 20 lbs from my DUI harness on a line from the boat then reboard up the ladder 20 lbs lighter. I was accused of being a lightweight, out of shape wuss. Thank you for pointing out that less exertion after a dive is very important in helping to prevent DCS, especially in us "seasoned divers".
