Frank,

I know of no agency that does this... It seems to me you're asking if an agency ( or a person ) would advocate doing an escorted trimix dive to 180' ( Tuna Clipper) when one of the guys on the team isn't mixed certified..

I would have VERY serious reservations and would ask the question, how would the escorted handle the dive if the guys doing the escort had a problem??? Or they got seperated???

It seems to problematic and the likley consequences of a problem could very well be DCS and worse yet, a fatality...

While I know you have a wealth of diving experience, it's a whole different ball game using doubles, and then carrying 2 or 3 deco bottles, switching gases at varying depths...

I wouldn't do it, but maybe TDI or IANTD will do it.. I see PADI offering a discover tech diving program for diver's with 10 logged dives, but I don't think even PADI is crazy enough to do something like this..

Later
