I get pretty dang cold on the fourth dive and need the hot tub!. Because I get cold, I rarely dive very deep or long on #4 (not deep because of wetsuit compression makes me colder and not long because the teeth chattering wears out the mouthpiece).
So in my case the last dive is of little N2 consequence. But it makes you wonder about doing a dive near the NDL and warming up a bit too fast.
