I was relaying what the legal position is from Lesser & Assoc... I'm not a lawyer so I'm just passing along what they told us in direct response to Ken's supposed * legal liability* concern..
Ken's raised a question so we went to the lawyer that would handle the lawsuit if on was filed and that's what she told us..
