I've seen and heard some stuff on various lawsuits in the news (not diving related just general stuff.) Some of these people don't seem bright enough to think of this stuff on their own so the lawyers must really be doing a great job with these people. Of course some of these people may not realize that the lawyer is getting a nice percentage as well.
