DUI says that lubes like silicon may or may not harm the latex, but the residue can prevent the Aquaseal from sticking properly when you replace your seals.
(I don't know if this applies to KY -- that's water soluable so it may be okay.)
But for this reason, DUI recommends only using unscented talc. One pound of talc will probably outlast one or two suits.
