I am planning to go to Thailand in April - looking for tips and warnings for both liveaboard diving off of Phuket in the Andaman Sea as well as day trips (including accomodations) off of Koh Tao. I would really appreciate any referrals or caveats you might have for sites, boats & dive operators, and places to stay that make diving easy. I have been to Thailand many times, so I don't need the 2nd world travel rundown, just dive travel info if you have it.
