Lorraine Sadler will present a tantalizing topic for discussion at the next Sea Divers meeting in Torrance on March 7th at 7pm. Everybody is welcome to attend!
"Sex and the Sea Serpent"
Have you ever wondered about the birds and bees? or..uh...the eels and anemones? (Of course the birds and bees would drown!) But at the March 7th Tuesday night Sea Divers meeting at Round Table Pizza in Torrance take a peek into the underwater bedrooms in caverns, sand and under the kelp cover. Explore the mating behavior of the not often known and less seen bedrooms of the underwater world. Maybe even Cecil would be surprised!
Lorraine began skin diving in the early sixties. She has instructed with SSI, DAN, LA County, NAUI and PADI, taught children and adults, worked on scuba equipment, and edited and updated the LA County Instructor Manual. A charter staff member of Women's Scuba Association, she is the equipment director and developer of the Women's Equipment Test Team. She speaks on women's issues, equipment, marine subjects, stunt diving and modeling at DEMA seminars, consumer shows and dive clubs. She conducts research on marine organisms, works at the USC Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber and is a supervisor with the Volunteer Crew.
