i have tried to keep my ascent rates to 20 fpm for quite some time now, and after talking to others on this board and reading some of their posts, have started my stops as deep as 40 fsw based not on any research, but on the fact that i have very little slow tissue, and was prone to feeling really really fatigued after deeper (70 fsw +) dives with the traditional 60 fpm ascent rates and the 3 @ 15 stops. I dunno how much of that was all in my mind, but for me personally, conservatism has always won out over that last photo or last bug. keep up the good posts!
