I have not heard anyone mention how dangerous it can be to get in a feet up position in a dry suit if you don't know what you are doing. You do not want to experience this for the first time at depth. If you loose your boots and can't roll out, you can find yourself in a out of control asscent with no way to get air out of your suit. Please, practice getting out of this situation in shallow water. I have seen this happen only once, and luckly no one got hurt. It is easy to find yourself in this position, especially when chasing some critter. I use an Andys suit. It has softer boots, and when i strap on my fins they hold my boots on my foot very securly. This has really helped.
