You guys go after these things? They don't call 'em "thumb splitters" for nothing. The firing of the claws of the Mantis shrimp is supposed to be the fastest animal movement on the planet.
Oh, and I saw a bunch of the buggers, some huge ones, in the sand off the blue cavern, somewhere below 80 ft. Having battled this great evil in my saltwater aquariums, I was surprised to find their cold-tolerance.
