Your post makes little, if any, sense..
But if what you are trying to say is that it is Ken's right not to sell Nitrox if he doesn't want to, I agree.....
But that doesn't mean that there is in point of fact some legal exposure that an otherwise unknowing DM needs to concern him/her self with...
It's simply a lie to suggest that there is any legal liability issue, in the context that Ken has putforth.
*interesting* and *untested* are meaningless terms and do not mean that there is a cause for concern..
If he doesn't want to sell it fine, but to get on here and use the scare tactic of *legality* won't fly......
