Anyone know of a San Diego or Southern California hydro shop that will do the overpressure (+) test for steel cylinders? Used to be a place in Huntington Beach, but apparently they don't do it anymore. Parsons/Airgas will do their own tanks, but not for the general public. Any leads appreciated!
