yes, mike, but otters don't have the same freedom
of choice (or understanding or responsbility, for
that matter) as humans do. in fact, no other animal
besides humans has those attributes!!!
that was just my point. by your logic, sheep and
cattle and bison are dangerous for their grazing.
and wolves are dangerous for eating the farmers' livestock
and, thus, need to be eliminated.
i just don't buy those types of arguments.
