I regularly see abs:
Greens at Catalina and San Clemente islands
Pinks at Catalina, San Clemente, and San Nicolas islands and Cortes Bank
Reds at San Nicolas, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, and San Miguel Islands.
They are other places as well, but I rarley go through a dive trip without seeing one at these places.
