JJ indicated that the book is still at the printer's and is expected in a few weeks. I know he is frustrated and was hoping to have it back from the printer's for DEMA so I'm sure he's pushing as hard as he can..
As for the computer issue, it was addressed and I'll leave it to Seahunt to answer for himself..
If anyone has questions about it after Seahunt posts his comments I'll address them. Seahunt is in my killfile so if you want me to address something specific in his words you'll need to copy it for me.
