Allow me to shed some light as my shop has the charter mentioned in the original post.
(1) I talked with SArnie today and the boat will NOT be ready for thre March 12 trip.
(2) Said trip has been moved to the Great Escape under the same conditions, going to the oil rigs as a food-and-air-included trip. You'll get a phone call shortly to inform you of the change.
(3) Arnie hopes to have the boat ready for Chamber Day. Me too (since I'm chairman of the event).
