WE in the North have the abs, and they in the South have the bugs. If we're gonna divide the State, I vote for San Luis Obisbo as the border town. Lots of pretty young coeds there, though its a bit land locked for a Coastal City. Rule #1 in scuba: never hold your breath while ascending. Rule #2: always dive your plan and plan your dive. Rule #3: never dive alone. Rule #4: never leave your buddy in the water or on the wet sand at any time, especially if she's female and beautiful, or he's a good friend of yours. Never discuss religion or politics, even in California. Does D.I.R. encapsulate any of those?
