Wow. I mention a little outing and my e-mail box gets full.
It looks like everyone is getting an itchy trigger finger to get in some serious wreck diving. ME TOOOOO !
Myself and some friends were gonna charter a little six pack and dive the USS MOODY, Ace-One ( LCIL-735 ) and the Olympic. All three excellent wrecks located just off San Pedro, CA.
Considering I have nine confirmed divers, and I would like to go myself, looks like I am looking for a larger boat.
We have picked Saturday March 31 as our target date for "Triple Crown" (pun intended ) event.
What we usually do is pack all of our own food ( it saves money ) and divide up the cost of the charter by the amount of divers. Its usually come out to around $ 80 per person.
The single most important artifact you can bring back on any wreck dive is your own ass, perferably intact and unbent, so we are gonna be making ****SAFETY**** our primary concern.
