Hey, RK, glad you're here. I'm not sure where you get the idea that the stores and instructors don't talk about these issues. Lots of people on this BBS are from stores and/or are instructors, and yup, they're the ones presenting these issues. I work for a store (not my day job either) and we discuss these issues very seriously, and regularly, at our staff meetings. No big veil of secrecy here. Keep on coming back and see!
