In terms of the underlying specifics you raise fair points that I'm sure George will address, but what I think he was most upset about is that this issue is settled ( atleast from the perspective of being on the WKPP team) and whether one agrees with the advice or not, it's George's team, you either agree to abide by his rules or you aren't on the team. There isn't alot of room for debate there, and the WKPP does not recommend it.
SO my point may be different from the points you are trying to raise. George sets the team policies and the person that you cited as a *WKPP member in good standing* shouldn't be dispensing advice on behalf of the WKPP that is contradictory to the protocols in place..
The merits of the arguement notwithstanding, I think Goerge was pissed that someone speaking for the team is violating team protocols..
