The K.I.S.S. approach to this tank vs. wet or dry discussion is super simple: given the knowledge of our personal bouyancy, diving wet or dry we should be able to weight ourselves appropriately and safely for ANY tank regardless its composite, shape, size, or capacity. Nicht vahr?
