Please note that Ken and I both made our statements then gave our certification levels. I believe Ken and I are in agreement. If you choose to disagree with Ken (NAUI), or to speak for NAUI, then I think you owe us all a brief citation of your own certification and experience, to wit:

please note that this is what Ken and I have done also. We are not trying to force people to agree with us. We are simply stating our own opinions, and for the benefit of the viewing audience, we are documenting our experience level.
I dont speak for PADI, but I am happy to share my class experiences with PADI. Ken doesnt speak for NAUI, but he certainly is a NAUI Instructor and a NAUI-affiliated scuba store owner. Together, he and I were trying to shed light upon the "breath-holding issue."
