I used to agree 100% with your logic, until GUE came along. GUE will NOT babysit you, they will NOT pass substandard students, They do NOT care about markey share and they do care about quality of training..
With respect to NAUI and PADI the instructor makes the difference because BOTH agencies have sold out, with respect to GUE the instructor doesn't matter because they are all top notch and the agency hasn't sold out.... They would rather be smaller and better than larger and more popular...
