OK, I read them carefully. I'm a friend of Ken's and understood exactly what he was saying. As to yours, I think you implied that PADI & NAUI are agreed that it's ok to hold your breath during an ascent below some depth if you have some level of experience. I don't need a PHD in diving to disagree with that. Now, if this was not your implication, just say so.
