The -16 or so pounds spec for the Heiser 104 is
pretty close. Diving two with a manifold and
bands left me -38 lbs overall with an alum BP. I
used to have two such animals sold through
Beuchat (the old grey ghosts) and they were so
heavy that they were more than dangerous in a
wetsuit. In my drysuit diving a single they were
still a problem... I didn't dare add any weight
in the pouches.

The SS backplate and STA adds between 6 and 7 pounds
to the overall trim package. The newer Halcyon SS
BPs that do not require an STA lose about 1 to 1.5
lbs overall, sitting in around -5.5 to -6 lbs of
trim weight.
