is to enable 'tech divers' to show up on a
boat, prove they is a cert-solo-dyva and dive.
that avoids being paired with someone unknown,
unsafe, etc.
not sure whether to laugh, cry, or shake my
head in dis-belief.
how much does it cost?
if'n ya want to dive solo, save yourself a few quid, find a boat (they do exist) or a beach that allows that practice and just do your solo dive.
