THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH A PERSON SOLO DIVING!!!
So all those diver's that were diving solo/buddyless and wound up dead last year were doing nothing wrong?????
How many more have to die before you'll accept the premise and the notion of ignoring an agencies ill-advised attempt at embracing this abject stupidity speaks volumes about your thought process...
Do you think the guy recovery the anchor at 140' solo would agree??
Do you think Ron Fuller would agree???
Do you think Mia Tiegner would agree???
Do you think Korean at the lobster trap would agree???
Do you think the highly decorated Air Force diver would agree???
Do you think the kid at the oil rigs would agree????
Do you think the instructor at Casino Point would agree?????
How many more before you stop spewing this I've been doing this way forever and there isn't anything wrong with it crap???? What strikes me a strange about your *experience* is that you claim to have 2800 dives ( and I'm willing to accept that) but we offered up some BASIC principles at the DIR demo and one would have thought that after 2800 dives these would seem rudimentary but it was clear to many that were in attendance that these basic points were new concepts to you..
I don't mean that as a flame but just that perhaps it's time for you to take a fresher look at your diving habits and perhaps enroll in a refresher class becuase there is a lot of new information that has become avalable since you last took a class...
I've tried to enlighten you but it's painfully obvious that you don't want to hear it from me, so our exchanges prove pointless and time is too valuable to waste so enjoy the KF...
