If the Sand Dollar has a standing three day charter at that time, he would be giving up quite a bit to support the day. I don't think any boat owner would be willing or could afford to give up a multi-day charter.
I was told by the Sand Dollar that they offered free Nitrox certifications as prizes in the past, but were turned down. If they make such an offer again this year, I hope the Chamber Day orginizers will accept it.
I also think that the Horizon (from San Diego) deserves special credit for participation, especially with rising fuel costs, and the distance they must travel.
