Now they have to figure out how to avoid disease outbreaks in the rearing pens /w/o dumping antibiotics in the water. Of course, we do the same here in SoCal /w/ halibut and white sea bass; we have hatcheries in Redondo Beach and they release the juveniles at a certain stage to grow big enough to fill a spearo's (or angler's) freezer. Still, that was great footage!
