Personally, i haven't ordered fish, lobster, or shrimp from a restaurant in over 20 years. I agree wholeheartedly with not contributing to the demand.
Ironically, the decline of rockfish that drove the current sport/commercial closure from SBI to the Cortes was driven by foreign markets. OUR fish went overseas or to EXCLUSIVE local restaurants.
