I have dealt with some of these state and federal organizations before, which is why i teach part time and manage real estate instead of working for Cal F&G or USFWS, even though that is what i set out to do when i got a B.S. in the Biological Sciences.
Words from the mouth of bureaucracies are so f**king cheap, it is pathetic. Advisory committees aside, we divers should learn to bitch and whine a little more. Everyone else does it, and they get results! Oh yes, we can vote too! It works for the National Rifle Association, it can work for us.
