We believe strongly in self-sufficiency, but are realists and recognize that even the best laid plains something could go wrong and that is where your buddy comes in..
If you have two diver's of like mind ( ie; DIR) the likliehood of both diver's having a problem at the exact same time are almost incalculable, whereas if one has a problem the other is there to help.
We do frequent buddy checks and you don't allow your buddy to get low on air by exceeding the gas management calculations. We solve teh problem before it occurs..
