Karl, unless you're an employed DM on the boat, unfowling an anchor is not your responsibility, so why would you want to follow the DM down? A bounce dive on Farnsworth Bank for a fouled anchor bent Roy Hauser, co-owner of Truth Aquatics, so bad he's been in a wheelchair for over 20 years. Solo or with a buddy, the result would have been the same in that instance.
