We are lucky because we have a good team, we all keep each other on our toes all the time. You'd be surprised how many time I've run OOA ;-)..
We have done so many fake drills on each other that if there is ever a problem I can't imagine a panic factor because we build it into our diving..
We all debrief after every dive and talk about what went right and what could have been done better.
If we are doing a deep dive, our e-mails to each other go back and forth all week to talk about gases, support diver's, contingencies etc. etc.
What started out as a small intimate group is getting larger and larger every week..
Next time you are south let us know and we'll bring you along for a dive..
