I'm afraid most of the answers to your questions you'd find unacceptable. The simple, unvarnished truth is this: we're a bunch of experienced solo divers diving on the same shipwreck. Period. And we've been doing this since 1971 with a near perfect safety record: no serious injuries, bends, embolisms, or fatalities. We is what we is and we do what we do, criticism be damned.
