I would never turn off someone's valves, we do occasionally shut off isolator valves to ensure that the diver is checking his gauges timely, but that is usually in a training scenario that I'm helping out with..
But as for OOA drills, it's pretty easy, I simply start wvaing my light and approach my buddy as if I'm OOA... Ask Terry how many time I have done this to him....
I do it to keep everyone of there toes.. Walker has a few tricks of his own that I won't disclose on here in case anyone wants to train with him I don't want to give away his secrets..
