The best scuba program in Orange County is not taught by a store or a college. It's taught by the NOCROP, and it's Free. North Orange County Regional Occupational Program's Aquatic/Marine Diving Class has been teaching students to be Swimming instructor's, lifeguards, Scuba divers, and dive instructor's for over 20 years. You come out of this 18 week program a NAUI Advanced diver(with over 18 openwater dives)you get a CPR and first aid Cert. and water safety cert.
Here is a program that has been Doing It Right for a long time, and is the best kept secret in Orange Co.
