The Moroccans have an especially tasty recipe for frogs legs. Its some kind of peppery curry. They serve them on a large platter, and you get a whole bunch, almost more than you can eat. There is a river that flows out of Morroco and culminates in Port Laeotey, which is a U.S. Navy allied tactical listening base in Morocco, and the river is crawling with frogs. As such, the downtown restaurants get all the frogs they want, and the culinary faire is both delicious and cheap.
Ms. KelpHead is right, again. They do taste like chicken, fried in fact, with lots of pepper, til the skins have fried away!
P/S KelpHead, can you cook too?
