my hubby ate rabbit for the 1st time last june
when we visited my relatives.
we can BOTH definitely vouch that rabbit does
NOT!!! taste like chicken--rabbit tastes better
and has its own distinctive/gamey taste.
as for the frogs' legs that we had in hong kong
this past december, they definitely tasted like
chicken (consistency, too).
perhaps different species of frogs/rabbits
taste differently, or maybe it's the way they
are prepared.
however, for those who are uninitiated, rabbit
does NOT taste like chicken--try it if you
haven't already...mmmm, mmmm, mmmmmmmmmm!!! delicious!
