Your advice presumes that I'm out of shape, do beach dives, am prone to sea sickness, etc. Wrong on all counts. My question was generic in nature, pertaining to anyone of advancing years. Remember the runner Jim Fixx? In top shape when he died of a heart attack in his 40's.
