You may want to re-think that position. The rule of 1/3's was designed for overhead environments, and in this case (ie; decompression diving) you are in what we refer to as a virtual overhead. Due to the decompression obligation you are in essence precluded from a direct ascent to the surface ( hence the *virtual* overhead) and as such if a problem occurs it needs to be solved at depth and you should therefore use the rule of 1/3's as a precaution.
When you post the profile I may have some more comments, but it appears that it was a deep air dive and you may want to re-think that practice as well..
