Hello Mickael
Ahhhhhhhhh yes warm water.
I think one of the big reasons besides the cold water is that the weather is so unpredictable. People pay good money for a live abourd or a really nice boat. You pay your money, plan to some to sunny California, and the Capt. of the boat says that they have 10 foot roller so the boat won't be able to go out today. @#$!%^,&&*^%
Now what do I do--- Disnayland!!!
Most California divers are really hardy soles that will be flopped around in their bunks like pancakes on a hot griddle.
In many warm water spots they say the can dive 360 days a year. You sure can say that about California.
I don't think Florida has luxury dive boats like the Aggresser Fleet. The only one I know is in Hawaii.
Really to anwser your question I don't know why. But I don't think, at this time, the dive community is ready to support this type of boat.
Say you have a nice day and good diving
Bye
