Well, to begin with, I don't dive with buddies, I dive independently. And not once in over 37 years of diving in every major body of water in the world have I ever come close to the "what if" doomsday scenario you painted so graphically. And BTW, "stroke" as I understand it, is someone with an unsafe attitude, which I've never had.
You presume I dive a certain way that has no basis or substance in fact. Do you by any chance write fiction for a living?
