Yes, Rod is a friend of mine, and NO, he is NOT a trimix instructor.
I am not stirring any pots; per posts on the Board I honestly believed that John and Wings were the only trimix certifiers in the state. I have no idea who Peter Den Haan is.
My tongue in cheek remark about tech taking off was in no way a dig at DIR. Tech, per se, is a wide ranging world that DIR is only a tiny corner of...so far.
