thats the definition of a good buddy. i got into rescue for the plain reason that another diver asked me to buddy up with him so he could do u/w photography and spearfishing. i wanted to make sure i could rescue him if i had to.

if his B/C failed, i wanted to have a heavy duty B/C with enough lift that i could extricate both of us AND STILL do a safety stop at 20'. so i shopped around and bought a Zeigle TEK which has 65# of lift.

that was the original issue, AA, and my original point. but if you insist on diving solo all the time, you may want to study my other subordinate points in my post to you about a B/C failure at depth.

see you laterrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
