I strongly recommend a visit to Malaga Cove. Easy to park, easy walk down a paved path to the entry point. You can enjoy the sand at RAT beach before or after free diving. The stuff to see is in less than 15 feet of water. The reef is colorful and filled with life. Kinda hard to go wrong for a day at the beach with a mask fins & snorkel.
