it pretty unusual for dive boats to have steel tanks, isnt it? and to give one to an inexperienced diver?? some boats carry a few steel tanks, but dont most dive boats carry mostly aluminum tanks???
i wonder who this inexperienced divers buddy was? apparently there was no B/W/R/A/F predive buddy check?? that would have caught the un-hooked B/C inflator hose. [B=B/C, W=weights, R=releases, A=air on, F=final check.]
i really wonder who certified this person. anybody wanna fess up?
